The studio provides a serene space. Designed to bring in light, the large window over looks the entrance garden and a perforated blind ensures privacy. An additional roof light at the back of the studio, creates a place of balance and calm.
Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind. Under floor heating in the colder months and gentle air cooling during the summer season.
Our small classes are limited to six people, so ensuring you receive the personal attention that you deserve.

Pilates classes are based on the original mat work exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, which is a unique system of stretching and strengthening, resulting in a body that is stronger and better balanced. It develops body awareness, improving and changing the bodies postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. Pilates releases stress and improves posture.
Yoga is one of the worlds most practiced spiritual disciplines, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation. Yoga can improve flexibility, improve strength, reduce pain and stress and increase overall body awareness.
Restorative yoga is a completely different experience from most contemporary yoga. Prepare yourself for deep relaxation. Props are used extensively to support your body so you can hold poses for longer periods of time. It is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and centring of your breath and body.
MELT Method combines ground-breaking neurofascial science and hands-on therapies into a one-of-a-kind treatment method called MELT. Using specialised techniques, a soft body roller and four different small balls, MELT rehydrates the connective tissue, rebalances the nervous system and restores space to compressed joints.

Emma is a Level 3 Pilates instructor with Pre and Post Natal training. She has a back ground in the fitness, massageand beauty industries with a special interest in improving physical and mental wellbeing.
Emma’s classes will focus on improving posture, core muscle strength and pelvic floor muscles, using a variety of small equipment to make the participants feel strong and lean.
The Prenatal classes will aim to keep you mobile and relaxed during your pregnancy while focusing on your pelvic floor muscles and breathing. The Postnatal classes gently help to strengthen the muscles weakened by pregnancy (core and pelvic floor) regain muscle tone and de-stress.
Anne is a Stotts trained Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Actively involved in a variety sports over the years, she knows how beneficial it is to keep your body in tiptop condition, preventing and overcoming injuries.
All levels are welcome to the classes which will be varied, using a variety of equipment. Exercises can beadapted to suit those with injuries, health conditions, or new to pilates.
Anne has worked with a wide variety of elite sports people especially in tennis, squash, netball and running. She has helped clients of all age groups and abilities, whether it be sport, occupational or general wellbeing.
Christine’s Yoga classes, focus on letting go, healing and renewing energy. Guiding you through a varied sequences of Asanas (Yoga poses) and Viloma and Pranayama (breathing techniques).
Yoga philosophy and meditation is evident in her teaching. Individually tailoring to students needs, always warm and encouraging.
Christine specialises in: Beginner’s Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for back pain, One to one Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Partner Yoga, Restorative Yoga and guided meditation.
Julie is the only Level 2 qualified MELT Method instructor in Hampshire and runs Introductory Workshops and Classes.
Julie Ann trained with the creator of MELT, Sue Hitzmann, in the US to become a MELT instructor and has completed the Hand and Foot, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.
The MELT Introductory Workshop is a pre-requisite to taking MELT classes and is a 1.5 hour session to take you through what MELT is and how it can help you. Working with the specialised MELT balls and soft roller, Julie will show you the key techniques used.
