You are invited to our 2nd Birthday Open Day

As part of our second year anniversary celebrations, you’re invited to our Open Day on Saturday 30th September. You’ll find out more about our holistic approach, receive mini treatments and hear from a certified mindfulness expert and acupuncturist.

You''ll be kept nourished with complimentary smoothies and healthy snacks and you will be able to meet our practitioners and ask them questions. We look forward to welcoming you on Saturday 30th September, from 10am to 2pm.

10:30 – 11:30 (Studio) ‘Discover Mindfulness’

A practical introduction to the behaviours and techniques used in mindfulness that help you to experience life to the full, increase your happiness and improve your productivity. Steve Carter is a certified mindfulness teacher and trained with well-known mindfulness author and coach, Shamash Alidina. This is a free session and all participants will receive a 15% discount on our upcoming eight-week mindfulness course starting in October.

11:45 – 12:30 (Studio) ‘Acupuncture – what can it do for you?’

Vida will be doing a short talk on the benefits of acupuncture and be available to answer any questions you might have about this ancient form of healing. Vida Woods BSc (Hons) MBAcC is a passionate, mindful Chinese medicine acupuncture practitioner who is trained in both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture.
