Facial

Have a regular professional facial massage. This is the best regime that you can give to your skin.

A massage stimulates the muscles and lymphatic system. Every area of the body responds to facial massage. We have 300 pressure points on the face, which relate to every part of the body, so when you have a good face massage you impact every organ. It makes the face glow and takes the tiredness and sluggishness away.

By relaxing muscles and connective tissue, massaging the face softens expression-induced lines around your eyes, lips and brows, helps expel acne-causing toxins and de-puffs and brightens the eye area.

Look after your face at HealthSpace.

The Pure Facial (Signature Natural Wisdom, Raw Organic Skincare)

Perfect for all skin types as this facial can be personalised based upon your skin's specific needs.

Our signature facial begins with a soothing essential oil foot bath before moving over to the treatment area. As you lay on your front and whilst your therapist gently rocks and soothes away any tension in your back, experience an aromatherapy steam inhalation bowl to open the pores and calm your mind. When you are truly rested, your facial will begin.

To start, a gentle cleanse, mask and exfoliator is applied before your skin is fed with a Vitamin C & hyaluronic acid treatment gel and a fresh cooling cucumber mask. To finish, a nourishing facial massage with raw organic antioxidant seed oils of Pomegranate, Raspberry & Rosehip enriched with herbal extracts of Calendula, Chamomile & Hypericum. Massage techniques include the use of acupressure points to increase energy flow, stimulate blood circulation and encourage collagen renewal.

Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Facial (Tri-Dosha Danwantari oil)

This facial aims to restore balance, boost cell metabolism and rejuvenate your skin.

Something magical happens just by working on the face. Experience how this unique combination of gentle balancing touch, use of marmas (vital energy points), stimulating scalp and ear massage, together with the use of aromatic oils, can deeply calm, refresh and re-energise your face and whole being. This technique gently unmasks the natural beauty that is always just below the surface.

Essential Aromatherapy Facial (Tisserand essential oils)

Specialised facial, ideal for all skin types.

After a full skin analysis and consultation, individual essential oils (normally two to three) are blended to meet the needs of your skin.

As you relax in an oasis of warmth and calmness, your skin is cleansed and lightly exfoliated followed by a gentle massage, including pressure point and lymph drainage techniques.

By harnessing the natural healing powers of essential oils, this facial will leave your skin looking and feeling radiant and your spirit will be restored.
